What happening in Boston and Surronding Areas:
Donation Drive
Starting this week, we are hosting a collection drive in support of Room To Grow ahead of their Black Maternal Health Week Talk on April 12th at More Than Words Bookstore. Drop your new and like new items for hundreds of Room to Grow families in Boston at our District 4 office at 5 Erie St. in Dorchester, weekdays from 12-6 pm.
In line with the goals of Black Maternal Health Month and following their inaugural Room to Grow Talks in 2023, the second-annual BMHW Talk centers the stories and experiences of community members working to improve Black maternal health outcomes in Boston and beyond.
We will be collecting baby and toddler items ahead of this event at our District 4 office and via their online wishlist (https://a.co/i1EjEm8). You can review their donation checklist and where else to donate items at www.roomtogrow.org/donate-baby-items.
